Little Miss Sassy Hands 2

~*~

I modified the Little Miss Sassy hands pattern found on Crochetville to fit smaller size and made a sassy little beret to go with all that attitude.

The beret pattern was worked from FC easy Crochet, Fall/Winter 2005, page 77. Both were worked in Red Heart worsted weight yarn.

From Crochetville - Little Miss Sassy Hands 1

Picked up this pattern from Crochetville - Look for Little Miss Sassy Hands and you will find the pattern. These were made from the leftover Caron SS Chocolate from my Cicle Coat posted earlier.

FC Crochet - Crochet "boxes"

You had to go online to get these patterns from the most recent FC Crochet magazine. These crocheted up fairly fast but the single crochet got boring fast, especially by the second storage box.

Crochet knit combo poncho

~*~
I had this "hybrid" project done back in November. This is from Family Circle easy Crochet, Fall/Winter 2005, Page 51. Used Paton's Divine, bulky weight yarn. Knit on top and crochet on the bottom. Worked up very quickly.

MY poncho . . .

This poncho is MY poncho. Everyone keeps asking for it. This pattern is from a poncho booklet and is in fact on the front page. This was quick and easy to put together.

Yeah . . . I knitted. . . Socks

Yeah . . . . yeah . . . yeah . . . I knitted socks, and not just ONE pair, but FOUR. They actually were pretty easy and were knitted from the top down. These things are like rabbits. You do one pair and then they multiply.

Crochet Socks!

These were a crocheted shell pattern from a book for just crocheted socks. I have not yet done any of the other "footed" socks from it yet! These worked up wicked fast.

And the minime version of the Lilliana Jacket!

And this is the mini-me version of the Lilliana Jacket. I worked this one in #3 thread and just worked it according to measurements just like for mine. (this was my car project)

The Lilliana Jacket from Gourmet Crochet

It seemed like I had so many projects going at once that I was getting nowhere on them, but now I have them all done. Thing about a jacket is when you get one sleeve done - you have to do a second one just exactly the same - dang!
This jacket is the Lilliana Jacket from Gourmet Crochet. Yarn was from NuMei. It feels kinda heavier than I would have liked the finished product, but am happy with the results.

Floral Fantasy Pullover CAL

Here is another Crochetville CAL. This one was the Floral Fantasy Pullover CAL. I don't know that I will ever wear this as between the yarn and the design of the pattern, it "pulled" longer than estimated after it was all put together.

Caron's Soft Sage Circle Jacket CAL

This is another CAL I joined in on over at Crochetville. I did mine in Chocolate Brown. I added more length to the sleeves and 1 or 2 rows for the hemline length. Overall I did not have any problems with the pattern other than I goobered a couple of times and and to frog it back a few rows because of my inattentativeness.

My MIL's Christmas Present.

This project was done from the "Christmas in Pineapples" book. Did come across a couple of errors in the middle of the project and was not able to locate the errata due to the amount of time this book has been out. This table topper was over 36" inches across.

Here is my version of the Butterfly Shawl CAL from Knit.1 at Crochetville

Here is my version of the Butterfly Shawl Crochet A Long from Crochetville! I did the butterflies in Patons Grace - 1 thread only with an F hook and a nice mercerized cotton for the white with a size 3 steel hook. Gauge was the same. I did the fringe so it hangs 12" inches long, otherwise, it would have been too long for me!

Technicolor Coat from Crochet Fantasy Magazine

Here are some FO as I have not posted in quite awhile.

I did this coat for myself and for my dd for xmas (yes, I am nuts). I don't think I will be doing any granny squares for awhile now.

Oh yeah . . . . Did I mention BEADS???

Oh yeah . . . Beads. This is a whole other obsession within itself. Just thought I would include this too!

Red Heart Halter/Capri set

This set is similar to the blue one and my own creation without a pattern. Red and White polka dot capris with little matching cloche.

Blue Daisy Halter, Cloche and Capris

Here is a little summer set that I created myself with little daisies accenting the hat. Crocheted out of cotton. The capris I sewed are a blue gingham print. Great for Summer.

Little Girly Rose Set

This is a set that I did a few years back. It included a kerchief and little purse for her treasures. This was from a purchased pattern. I think it was an Annie's Attic leaflet. Larger size was achieved by thicker yarn and larger hook.

This was the challenge.

My SIL brought me this picture from a fashion magazine and asked if I could create something similar.

My first post is the end result. It took me a month to complete it, most of that being as I could not get a fitting from her to complete it sooner.

I wanted to line it but she didn't want it lined, but she's got the bod for it!
